Why we are building Archelo
Architecture needs time to think. Much of that time is spent finding regulations, checking drawings and keeping documents coordinated. That is the problem Archelo aims to solve.

Where time is lost
In a typical commission, the project is scattered across drawings, a report, area schedules, quantities and dozens of national, regional and municipal rules. Every design change means checking by hand which documents depend on it.
It is necessary work, but it consumes coordination time. When a discrepancy is missed, it can reappear as a request for information, a delay or an additional cost.
One shared model for the whole project
Archelo connects regulations, drawings, reports and costs in one model. When a parameter changes, it shows which checks, sections and cost items are affected, with the source and version of each requirement.
The same information serves the planning officer reviewing the application. Better-prepared documents and clear checks lead to faster answers.
How we are building it
We are starting in Spain, with real cases from practices and municipal teams in our pilot programme. Every output lists its sources, its inputs and what is still open, and the professional always decides.
