AI for architecture practices, engineers and planning officers
It reads the drawings, the report and the estimate, checks them against the regulations, drafts the documents and prepares the application for submission. From commission to permit, in one place.
Applicable regulations
Archelo knows which regulations apply to each project. Every check cites the article, the document it comes from and the version in force.
Drawings and models
Archelo reads the drawings and measures on them: areas, openings and dimensions. When the drawing changes, it re-checks whatever depends on it.
Project data
Where the building is, what it will be used for and what has been commissioned. Archelo gathers this at the start and flags what is missing.
Checks
Archelo cross-checks drawings, report and estimate against each other and against the regulations. Every result points to the document and page where the problem is.
Reports and costs
Archelo drafts reports and organises quantities from the project data, always from the current version of the drawings.
From the first regulatory analysis to the municipal application, all the technical work happens on the same data.

Archelo for municipal technical services
faster technical review of permit applications.
more productivity across the team.
more efficient preparation of project documents.
Indicative targets to be validated in the pilot programme, not measured results. They do not represent permit approval rates or guaranteed reductions in administrative timescales.
Architecture needs time to think, design and solve. Much of that time goes into finding regulations, checking drawings and preparing documents.
Our mission is to remove that repetitive work so architects can focus on the quality of their projects, from a renovation or change of use to a building or an urban scheme.
In the public sector, we want to shorten review times and make planning applications easier to process. Better-prepared documents and clear checks lead to faster answers.
We are building Archelo with practices and municipal teams, on real cases, with outputs every professional reviews.

Website privacy
This website presents Archelo and a demo with fictional data. It does not use advertising analytics.
The pilot brief is generated in your browser and downloaded as a file; the form does not send it.
In the app, the documents you import are read and analysed in your browser. When you are signed in, the project and its files are stored in your private workspace and are visible to your practice’s team.
Documents are not sent to any external artificial-intelligence service. To locate the building relative to protected areas, the project address is looked up on OpenStreetMap.
The hosting provider processes the technical data needed to serve the website.
