Archelo/Agents
Agents that work on the project like one more member of the practice.
Ask them for a piece of work and they do it from start to finish: they read the documents, check, draft and ask you for what they lack. You review and decide.
Review the application before submission
Worked for 6 s
I have prepared a plan to review the application. Look at it and approve it to start.
Plan · Review before submission0 %
- Read the documents in the application
- Measure the rooms on the drawings
- Cross-check report, drawings and estimate
- Check against the loaded regulations
3 more steps
It does the work from start to finish.
Every job goes through the same four phases.
Preparing the planPlans
It reads the job and the documents, and proposes a plan you can change before it starts.

- Read the request · 6 points
- Read 9 documents
- Measured 11 rooms
Answer to point 1Done in 40 sLooking for point 4WorkingExecutes
It reads, measures and cross-checks the documents step by step, without losing track, and notes where every figure comes from.

The built area of the unit is 127.00 m² according to the area schedule in the report, which matches the proposed drawings and the cadastre.
Reviews
It checks that it achieved what you asked and goes back where something does not add up.

Delivers
It leaves the work in the project, ready for you to review and approve.
What you can ask of it
01
Review before submission
It checks the whole application and gives you a report with a verdict, what blocks submission, what will trigger a request for information and the work order, each point with its document and page.
02
Project report
If the application has no report, it drafts one in your practice’s structure and style, from the drawings, the estimate and your answers. If it already has one, it does not rewrite it: it proposes changes.
03
Feasibility
It gathers the plan, the uses and the site conditions, separates what can be concluded from what is still to be confirmed and, with AI, proposes two to four approaches and recommends one.
04
Answer to a council request
It reads every point, finds what in the application answers it, flags what is missing and drafts the reply, with its deadline.
05
Heritage documents
With the listing sheet and a few facts from you, it prepares the heritage report and the application.
06
Tasks that run by themselves
When a document changes, it checks consistency, the report and the quantities again, and tells you what changed.
I have read them and they are in the project:
- Project report42 pages
- Drawings11 rooms measured
- Quantities and estimate8 chapters
- Listing sheetarchitectural protection
What changes: the area schedule in the report differs from the drawings in one room.
It works with what you have
Attach the documents to the conversation.
PDF, Word, the estimate in BC3 or the IFC model: it reads them, files them in the project and tells you what changes. If a document seems to belong to another project, it tells you that too.

Your practice’s way
It works the way your practice works.
Upload your reports, earlier projects, details, specifications and prices to the library. The agents take them as your way of writing, designing and building, never as project data.
